Recently completely remodeled with all the comforts of home including Smart TV's and WIFI. 2 bedroom, 2 bath home with a fully stocked kitchen for all your cooking needs. Stocked with coffee, flour, hairdryer, shampoo.... The bedrooms have very comfortable beds with high-end linens!! The location is just blocks from Hwy 528, the main drag thru Rio Rancho and just a few miles north of Albuquerque. 5 miles to the Balloon Fiesta Park. There is a wonderful walking trail close by and a park for the kiddo's and pets. We have other homes in the area, please inquire. This is our 4th rental and we are getting rave reviews with all of them. We take a lot of pride with the way our homes are decorated and stocked for your comfort...we must be doing something right!! Owner is a licensed Realtor in NM. Long-term rentals are welcome. Regarding any PETS; we welcome all of your babies and travel companions with no extra fee. We just ask the parents be respectful for our home, furniture, and the next guest. Please DO NOT allow your pets on ANY furniture without covering it with a sheet. PLEASE BRING YOUR OWN SHEETS FOR THIS. Pick the yard up before you depart. Always put your pet in its kennel before you leave. PLEASE BRING YOUR PETS KENNEL FOR THIS. And clean up any messes they've made. My cleaning people are instructed to call me, as soon as they get to a home, when they see evidence of a pet. Including an odor. We will take pictures, and there will be a $500 charge for breaking these rules. The house was exactly as advertised with an expansive vista right off the beautiful lanai. Got to see Balloons airborne Saturday morning with my coffee! The excellent interior decoration exemplified the southwestern culture and aesthetic.The kitchen was large and fully stocked. Thanks to the outdoor grill we were able to host our son and his family for a cookout at "our" house. The beds were comfortable and the shower water pressure was the best I have experienced, which is super important to me.The neighborhood is very quiet and tranquil. We could see his apartment building from the large backyard which was perfect for our dogs. We all felt welcome. The house was well equipped and we relaxed and enjoyed every thing. However, the morning breeze coming up off the Mesa carried with it the smell from the sewer plant in the industrial park below the backyard. We came to Rio Rancho to celebrate our son, who lives there, 50th birthday. It was nice to have this home for family to come and see us. On Saturday morning we had a pot luck brunch for 9 people. Plenty of beautiful dishes for eating and cooking. The covered back patio was perfect for everyone to gather. The home is decorated very nicely, on a nice quiet street. It was spacious and stocked with all supplies needed for a stay away from home. It is pet friendly, so keep in mind that you will probably need to bring a lint roller to get rid of the pet hair on the furniture before you use it. Not only was this place conveniently located for the move, it was ideal for everything else. There was a nearby park with paved trails to walk the dogs, a grocery store literally down the street and a quiet neighborhood to relax after a stressful day. The backyard view was an unexpected bonus. After driving 22hrs, we lost our instructions to gain entry. The host responded immediately, which defused a potentially disastrous situation between the spouse and myself. Couldn't be more grateful. ##### Todd P.
