He ended up getting a new booking that overlapped with mine but arrived a day earlier, so I was booted from the property, with no other VRBO’s available to book for the duration of my stay. Host is good to work with, location is perfect for all activities in the area, parking is safe, most everything one needs for a longer stay is there. However, maintenance is needed by now. Heating was difficult to keep even, larger coffee maker has the wrong pot and can't be used. The pull out bed is not usefull - I bought a blow-up matress. The place was not as clean as it should have been. ##### I K.
