Historic cute duplex house with a lot of charm in the heart of Albuquerque.
Beautiful house close to Nob hill (2.3miles), CNM(1 block), UNM(0.8 miles),
Presbyterian Hospital (0.4 miles), Oldtown(3.1 miles), Airport (2.3 miles),
Popejoy Hall (1.2miles), UNMH (1.7 miles), VA Hospital (4.8 miles), and a block
from beautiful Roosevelt Park(great for kids, pets and has a disc golf course)

Nice place
It was a very cute place, it was clean and had all that we needed. There are a couple of things that did need attention. The couch was NOT comfortable at all, it had no cushioning at all to it, you sat and all you felt was springs. If they reupholster the couch or got a bigger couch it would be better. The little desk had a nail sticking out of it. Other than that it was a nice place.

OKC road trip
My boyfriend and I were making a two day trip to OKC and decided to stop in Albuquerque for the night. This place was very spacious and exactly as described. Nice and warm inside when we first arrived. Located in a good area not far off the highway and near food spots. The host was nice enough to let our two cats stay as well which is something we were worried about. We would definitely stay here again and for sure recommend to anyone visiting or stopping through Albuquerque! Thank you again!

Great Stay Near UNM Campus
I was staying for just a few nights while speaking at a Conference at UNM. Great little property very clean, comfortable and close to everything. Easy to get to campus and back. Thanks for a great stay.
