The large back yard used to be the front of the house but has been fenced in completely to provide a large private yard. Access is now from Sandia View Rd. This home has been split into a two units. The 4bdrm/2ba unit next door is completely separate and it is also available to rent if you need more space. You need to turn south on Edgewood and take your first Left. House will be on the Left. Review Pictures. This home has been split into 2 units. This 2bdrm rental is on the west side. There is completely separate 4bdrm rental on the east side that is also available. PESTS - The house is regularly treated with non-toxic pest repellent. Still, bugs are a part of life here in the southwest. While we make every effort to keep it spotless for guests, we cannot completely control nature and therefore you may see the occasional bug. Please be aware of this and make sure you're ok with the possibility before booking. Pets: We are DOG friendly, on a case-by-case basis and must be agreed upon, in writing, upon booking. Please review the rules and contact me first. There is an additional pet fee charged based on age/breed/size/quantity of the dog(s) & # of nights stayed. $50 fee is included for 1 dog. You can tell the host, Taryn Rivera, is experienced, because of all the little touches that made our stay easier. Labels on the light and fan switches. Plenty of outlets for devices. Easy to use thermostat. Good laundry facilities. A few condiments in the pantry and plenty of pans and dishes. Also the wifi was superfast and the TV was easy to use. At first my family and I were excited for the fact that we had already stayed here, but that all changed when we arrived and before that. I mention before that, because they want to charge you for every little thing, I mean even early-check-in. Really? And then there were stains on some of the pillows, the shelfs are not leveled right, the toilet paper is located in a space that is sometimes hard to reach, because you are reaching back, overall would not recommend. The neighborhood was peaceful and quiet and it was easy to get anywhere in the city. The kitchen is great, bathroom and bedrooms have plenty of space. The backyard is very nice, too. The owner was kind and very responsive. There were tiny bugs outside which was beyond her control and she got back to me immediately and had someone out to help within 30 minutes. The beds were very comfortable and the place was nice and clean. The surrounding neighborhood was not what I expected but I don’t know the area and we didn’t have any issues. ##### Lori A.
