Indian Mountain Lakes is located in a private lakeside community in Pocono Mts. All are welcome to enjoy this beautiful, 2 floors, 6 bedrooms (sofa bed in the living room), 3 full bathrooms, non-smoking house, with gas fireplace, 2 Smart TVs, (no cable, you would have to use your own Netflix, Hulu, etc. account), Internet, sauna, pool and Foosball table. All bedding and 16 bath towels are provided.
The house is a perfect haven for family and friends who want to get away from it all, with the comfort of a home. All tableware and cookware are provided, amenities include dishwasher, microwave, toaster, coffee maker. The house features concrete patio overlooking the forest with a BBQ grill (propane- provided),hot tub and fire pit (it is not shoveled during the winter, fire wood is not provided). We require 3-4 nights minimum for holidays. There is NO check in or check out on Saturdays (unless you are booking 3+ night’s) or holidays. Please inquire before booking. In times of Covid please make sure to purchase insurance in order to get full refund.
The house is located minutes from Skirmish Paintball (2 miles), ShopRite (10 miles), Pocono Raceway – Pocono NASCAR 500 (11 miles), Split Rock Resort (9 miles), Camelbeach Water Park (20 miles) Kalahari Water Park (15 miles) and ski area: Jack Frost (17 miles), Big Boulder Mountain (13 miles), Blue Mountain Ski Area (24 miles), Camelback (18 miles), a short ride to malls (The Crossings Premium Outlets 17 miles), the Mt Airy Casino (19 miles), restaurants, horseback riding, Alvin’s Offroad Playground (ATV rentals) and paintball.
We encourage you to enjoy the community outdoor pools (June-August). Other attractions provided by Indian Mountain Lake Community such as basketball and tennis courts, outdoor pools, beach and playground. We provide 10 Community amenities badges. Memorial - Labor Day weekend. Please be advise that MAIN Lake is closed until further notice. We provide one boat for 4 people and kayak with oars and vests - must be worn at all times (Memorial Day - Labor Day). Boat is located at the Boulder Lake on a rack. Please check pictures.
If any amenity (outdoor pools, tennis court, etc.) is NOT ACCESSIBLE due to weather conditions, maintenance, high level of bacteria, pandemic, emergency repairs or any other circumstance “Homeowner” should not be held liable for lack of usage of above-mentioned amenities and will not refund any money.

THIS is not a PARTY HOUSE. Minimum AGE Limit for all Renters – 26 years old (except families traveling with their kids). No proms please. The person that is on a rental agreement, must be present at all time. You can have up to 16 people (adults and kids). Your reservation will be canceled without a refund. All bookings must be 4 days in advance for community notification and access, thank you for understanding. Please note that only registered people will be allowed to go through the gate (up to 16 people). IDs are required at the gate for all adults. Registration must by submit 2 business days before arrival. Please be advised that any changes less to the 48h before the arrival to the guests list is subject to additional fee $75.
There is minimum of 3-4 nights for holidays and weekdays, ask me before booking. Please note that I require to book the whole holiday weekend. There is NO check in or check out on Saturdays or holidays. There is 2 nights minimum for weekend and 3 nights for weekdays. If you want to book 6 months in advance, please ask before booking.
Laundry room is available for 4+ night’s stay. Laundry detergent is not provided. Please note that we are on septic system. Please flush ONLY toilet paper. You will need to wait for hot water after few showers. Do not drive/park on the grass, especially on a septic hill.
Cleaning fee is for: cleaning, garbage removal, bedding, 16 bath towels, $60 registration fee.
Fridge doesn’t make an ice or water.
Fireworks and speeding are not allowed in IML, fine.
No smoking or vaping inside the house.

PET POLICY:
No puppies. No cats. Pet cannot be left alone. Dog under 20 pounds can reside in your room but must not be left alone. You must clean up after your dog. Dog must be leashed. You must have control of your pets at all times. You should be able to provide proof of your pet’s vaccination. You are financially responsible for any damage your pet cause.
Breed restrictions: American Staffordshire Terriers (Pit Bulls), Rottweilers, German Shepard, Huskies, Mastiffs, and Doberman Pinschers. Pet fee $100.
