This hotel was one of the cleanest hotels I've ever been in, and I travel a lot. Also, the employees went out of their way to help, they were friendly and kind. If I ever have a reason to go back to Albertville, I would definitely stay here!!

Beth at the front desk was very kind. She offered the best recommendations for dinner. The next morning, i was able to take a breakfast bag to go and it surely helped for the long drive ahead. Will certainly stay here again next time im in the Boaz area

Overall our stay was good. Beds were too firm for my liking. Staff was friendly and helpful. Facilities were clean and well managed. We did have a problem with payment. When I booked on hotels.com, I chose to pay on site with cash instead of credit card. Upon checking in, I was told that alternate payments had to be done at checkout. At checkout, I was told that my payment was put on my credit card and couldn’t be switched to another payment method which frustrated me a bit.
