We stayed here when seeing a show at the Palace in Albany. (hotels closer were sold out due to graduations) Turned out to be very convenient to the highway but it was in a nice quiet place. Very clean, no odors. We'd stay here again.

Really good property choice for convenience in Albany. I didn’t like that there was a pet dog at the hotel kept Peeing on the elevator floor. Other than that everything was good.

We went for graduation at SUNY Albany. We picked the perfect location! We were less than a mile from campus and excellent restaurants! Very nice service, clean, comfortable , surprisingly good breakfast and very helpful and accommodating staff!!!

The bathroom toilet was (is) out of date and it is TOO LOW for the average adult. The location of the toilet paper is improper and was very hard to reach.

Well situated on Albany outskirts with good local transport downtown. Plenty of local food available within walking distance. Excellent breakfast, hot drinks available all day and night-time treat cookies.

Terrible check-in experience. I arrived late (around 10pm) with my 11 year old son. Initially I was told I had already checked in. Had to 'prove' I didn't, to the point of confirming the last 4 digits of the CC on file were not mine. Then I was given someone else's room (no one was in the room but personal belongings were). After bringing this to the agent's attention, it was over 30 minutes until I was finally given an empty room. While waiting the same agent was able to check in 3 other guests. I booked a room with 2 twins but ended up in a king room. No explanation, no apology by the agent. Was told the general manager would call me in the morning. That call never came.

We stay at this Hampton Inn frequently, my son and his family live less then 1 mile away. Hotel is always clean, and well maintained. The staff is always pleasant and accommodating. Nice breakfast. Great place to stay

I was only here for 1 night, but check in was speedy and friendly. I could tell she'd been doing this for a bit, (professional!) If she's not already, she should be promoted to management, ASAP.
