Super responsive and accommodating - we were even able to check in a little early to take advantage of skiing before the hill closed. The location is awesome, just 10 minutes from nubs/the highlands and about 15-20 into Petoskey. The house is nice and very spacious and cozy. The only thing I would mention is that the entrance is essentially at the walkout basement level so to get up to the main area of the house you do have to take a set of stairs. We have older dogs so we had to carry them up and down for each outside trip and it may be difficult for anyone with mobility issues. ##### Sarah S. Livingroom had a built in fire place .and then a bedroom on the same floor on the upper floor had two separate gorgeous bedrooms.The laundry room had the laundry soap dryer sheets anything you needed like you was at home even had pup bowls and pup towels.The home was also very well decorated and this home looked brand new inside the fire pit outside with the party lights we didnt ise as it snow but a wonderful view from the deck to look at.This home also had 3 decks for enjoying.We will definitely be booking this home again..Oh forgot the smores items on the table as a welcoming if you ever stay in Petoskey,Indian river or harbor springs and the Alanson area this is the place to book if you want to feel like home very pleased ##### Vickie M. The home was well equipped with everything you need to feel at home! Many northern Michigan attractions just 15-30 minutes away! Would definitely recommend this vacation home to family & friends! Large wooded lot provides privacy for late night bonfire. Used the full kitchen and grill to cook group dinner and avoid going to restaurants with large party. ##### Michael P. Séjour de 2 nuits en septembre 2025 ### 10/10 – Excellent #### Michelle S. 27 août 2025 Points forts : Propreté This was one of the most gorgeous, homey rentals we’ve ever stayed at. The furniture and decor was SPOT ON! I kept thinking about how I’d love to live there :) the kitchen was fully stocked and the coffee bar was an unexpected and wonderful touch. My kids loved the big cozy basement and picking wild blackberries from the backyard. The beds and bedding were soft and very comfortable (a huge bonus for us!). It was honestly perfect. The only issue we had was a beeping smoke detector at 5am.. that was not how we wanted to wake up, especially since my husband has been working 15 hour days. It would probably be a good idea to put battery replacement for those on a schedule so other guests don’t run into that problem. I understand the oversight though!
