Our cozy retreat offers ample space for your family to relax and enjoy a memorable vacation. The upstairs loft features two spacious king beds, a room divider for privacy, and a convenient full bathroom with a tub. On the main floor, you'll find a living room with a 58 inch Roku TV for entertainment, a queen bedroom and a full bathroom with tub along with a fully stocked kitchen and dining table.

Prepare to be amazed by our fully renovated lower level, perfect for kids and adults alike! It boasts a full over full bunk bed, a 65 inch Roku TV area for movie nights & entertainment, a versatile 3 in 1 game table offering ping pong, pool, or air hockey options, and another full bathroom.

Outside, immerse yourself in the beauty of nature on our three decks, ideal for relaxation and enjoying the peaceful surroundings. Gather around the firepit with eight comfortable composite Adirondack chairs and create lasting memories under the starry sky. Our property spans over 10 stunning acres, providing a serene and picturesque setting.

We have a large circle driveway - so if you have a boat, RV, snowmobile, or any other outdoor vehicle, you are more than welcome to store it on property. Crooked Lake public boat launch is just a few miles down the road along with the LP-170 snowmobile trail a few hundred yards away!

Conveniently located, our property offers easy access to a range of exciting activities and attractions. Explore Boyne Highlands & Nubs Knob for thrilling skiing, golfing, and entertainment. Discover Chestnut Valley Golf Course for more golfing adventures. Indulge in the local brewery and winery scene, or head to Petoskey State Park, boasting a beautiful beach for a day of fun in the sun.

This was one of the most gorgeous, homey rentals we’ve ever stayed at. The furniture and decor was SPOT ON! I kept thinking about how I’d love to live there :) the kitchen was fully stocked and the coffee bar was an unexpected and wonderful touch. My kids loved the big cozy basement and picking wild blackberries from the backyard. The beds and bedding were soft and very comfortable (a huge bonus for us!). It was honestly perfect. The only issue we had was a beeping smoke detector at 5am.. that was not how we wanted to wake up, especially since my husband has been working 15 hour days. It would probably be a good idea to put battery replacement for those on a schedule so other guests don’t run into that problem. I understand the oversight though! All in all an incredible rental and property (and I’ve stayed in many!). We would love to visit again one day!
