« Starters we didn’t receive check in information until an hour before we could check in. After checking in a few left to grab groceries and others stayed back to swim a bit. After swimming they chose to take a quick shower and found huge bugs which I understand that a few bugs is one thing and that palm beetles happen in the area but 7 dead bugs and 2 live that ran and a few resembled cockroaches and large ones at that was all we could take we left after 3 hours maybe 4 we did receive a refund...

« I booked the castle several of our agencies clients who work in entertainment. We’re a hard group to impress - the actors are used to 5-star accommodations, and I’ve spent time studying the Middle Ages. But every single guest who stayed at or stopped by the property was blown away by the attention to detail, the comfort, and the immersive feel of this rental. Yamil is an exceptional host. He was available to answer questions morning and night, sent videos walking us through the homes features...

« Avoid: Severe Disrepair & Policy ViolationsI cannot recommend this property due to maintenance failures, safety hazards, and unprofessional conduct.Sanitation: The fridge was a biohazard (rotten/slimy). Hosts used coffee/baking soda to mask odors rather than cleaning. « The host was very accommodating. We edited our reservation several times and he was very flexible. The location was convenient close drive to our events and close enough to any retail shops we needed. The neighborhood felt safe.
