The space

Step into a stylish and comfortable 2-bedroom, 2-bath condo designed for a relaxing stay. Enjoy a private balcony with beautiful views, partial Caribbean Sea views, and refreshing sea breezes. The open living area features modern furnishings, A/C, a ceiling fan, a large Smart TV, and a sofa bed for an extra guest.

The fully equipped kitchen includes quality finishes, a six-burner stove, full-size oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, blender, coffee machine with complimentary coffee, dining area for four, and a kitchen island with three stools—perfect for meals and gathering together. The kitchen is also stocked with everything you need to prepare and enjoy an in-home meal, including filtered drinking water provided from water jugs.

Each bedroom is thoughtfully designed with A/C, a ceiling fan, and a full wardrobe. One bedroom features a queen-size bed with direct access to the private balcony. The second bedroom offers two twin beds and an en-suite bathroom.

The condo also features two full bathrooms stocked with essentials, including shampoo, conditioner, body soap, hand soap, fresh towels, and toiletries to make your stay comfortable and convenient.

The condo also includes an in-unit washer and dryer, along with simple and refined touches throughout to make your stay easy, comfortable, and relaxing.

Just a 2 minute walk away, you’ll find a swimmable beach in front of neighboring resorts—simply exit our beach club and walk to the right.

Stay active at the gym, or relax on the rooftop yoga deck by the pool. You can also take advantage of the BBQ area and enjoy easy access to the PGA Riviera Maya Golf Course just 5 minutes away (golf requires an additional fee).

For the best experience, we highly recommend renting a car for your stay. Akumal and the surrounding areas are spread out, and having a vehicle makes it much easier to reach the beach club, restaurants, grocery stores, and nearby attractions.
