Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, location
Disliked: Communication, listing accuracy
The room was very clean upon arrival and easy to maintain. Brian was nice but not responsive during my stay when I had important and relevant questions, like when I was told the pest control might have to enter my unit and I have animals and work out of the unit all day, I needed to work something out with him. He didn’t respond until after the set time of the pest control, which was very frustrating after multiple messaging attempts and calls with voicemails left. He also downgraded my room after I paid in full before check in, and didn’t offer a refund for the difference until a followed up multiple times. It wasn’t a huge difference, but the room was much smaller than I booked for, and I booked the original room for a reason. Giving that room away when I already paid for it in full was definitely frustrating. He also wouldn’t allow a 1-2 hour late checkout without up charging me, which is interesting considering he downgraded me without approval. Overall the stay was fine, but beware of communication and possibly having a different unit than you booked upon arrival.
