Broken and sagging lounges that were not comfortable and poorly repaired. The master bed had an oversize mattress topper which collapsed when i got out of bed and i fell on to the floor bruising my hand. Fireplace had not been emptied and there was no kindling. The crockery was very dirty- some cups had been put on the shelf without being washed. There was no under cover parking as there was a boat for sale in the carport. The driveway was damaged and very steep which made exiting the proper difficult in a sedan. The stove was dirty and the sandwich maker had been put away without cleaning.
