Linge fourni (draps, serviettes, etc... propre et bon état) Vue magnifique, résidence calme et sécurisée. Propriétaire sympa, à l'écoute de ses locataires, ne pas hésiter à lui demander l'adresse d'un bon restaurant, ou tout autre service."

"What an amazing stay we have enjoyed at Villa Sole Rossu. This was our first independent villa holiday and we were a little nervous re the booking but Christophe was in touch with us immediately from the outset and also through our stay to make sure all was going well. The property was amazing, the pictures do not do the view justice and the property is very very well equipped. The location is excellent for those wanting to get away from it but only be a few minutes car ride from the beach...

"Maison fonctionnelle,jardin très bien entretenu ainsi que la piscine.la propreté n etait pas terrible..grimle pain non fonctionnel . 3 belles chambres, la 4 ème est dans un.garage aménagé cela faisait plus débarras. Il y aurait des petites choses a amélioré draps dépareillés, mais par contre tres bonne literie dans les 4 chambres."

"L’accueil par Corinne fut chaleureux. La maison est d’une exceptionnelle facilité à vivre avec chambres et salle de bain/douches indépendantes. Le séjour avec cuisine ouverte devient terrasse et offre une vue exceptionnelle sur le golfe d’Ajaccio. La piscine fut un bonheur de tous les instants."

"Apartment is nice and clean. We booked because we had to have AC, one AC did not work and was not fixed. Tiles in the pool were broken, we got cuts in our feet. To persons had to see doctor to get glass out of feet. Owner knew about this, but did not tell us to be careful, or did not fix it. The view in the pictures used in their ad is only partly true. Most of the view is into the back of a large hotel and into a huge apartmentbuilding."

"Great place for a stay on the Golfe d'Ajaccio. The boat shuttle from Porticcio over to Ajaccio (20 mins) (and to other sites) is fun François is very helpful, keeps in touch and meets you personally at the Super U in Porticcio. The house is tiny (must be a squash with 4 - we were just the two of us), no dining table inside and the TV weirdly positioned in relation to the sofa. However, nice little patio with table and olive trees and you can go round the corner to the lovely private swimming...

"The owners are very sweet and discreet. While Raymond was away for work Catherine was around and offered help and assistance about the house and visit suggestions. We invited her for dinner one night as she was so sweaty. We'll come back for sure !"

"Das Ferienhaus liegt wunderschön an einem kleinen Strandabschnitt der über einen Privatweg (ca. 80m) zu erreichen ist. In der zweiten Wochen war der kleine Privatstrand nach Sturm und Regen voller Algenberge, so dass wir zum nahegelegenen öffentlichen Strand nach Porticcio gefahren sind. Abends sind wir trotzdem oft auf der Treppe zum Strand gesessen und haben uns den wunderschönen Sonnenuntergang angeschaut. Der Pool wurde wöchentlich durch eine Reinigungsfirma gereinigt und war sauber....

"Das ganze Areal wie das einzelne Haus ist sehr gepflegt und einem hervorragenden Zustand. Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen, obwohl wir sehr spät angekommen sind. Es ist genügend Platz für die ganze Familie vorhanden. Die Aussicht von der Terrasse auf das Meer und Ajaccio ist wunderbar. Der Pool ist angenehm warm und in wenigen Schritten ist man am sehr schönen Strand."

"Alles in Allem, war das Haus sehr schön und die Lage wirklich top. Auch die Strände waren sehr schön. Die Nähe zu Ajaccio ist auch klasse. Das Haus hatte allerdings auch ein paar Mängel die uns schon etwas gestört haben. Kein Warmes Wasser in einem der Badezimmer. Nur ein kaputter Sonnenschirm auf der Terasse. Der Ofen war nicht mehr lesbar, so dass es sehr schwierig war etwas darin zuzubereiten. Eine Klobrille war komplett lose. Der Esstisch war für maximal 8 Personen ausgelegt, wir waren aber...

"We had a wonderful stay at the house. It was equipped with everything you can possibly need. The house is perfectly set up for gathering with family. The view and the pool make for an ideal vacation. The hosts were extremely welcoming and had great communication. Highly recommended !"

"Really clean, quiet, nice place. Super nice, helpfull staff! A bit far from the city center if you don't have a car. The kitchen in the room was really clean and everything seemed new. Special plus for the view from the balcony. Would definitely stay here again."

"The in room cleaning services should be done everyday. The services for excersion could be better advertised. The food resturatant could be more authentic. This is a great location. "
