Nice hotel
Close to train station. Good breakfast. Only 1 elevator which is a slight inconvenience. Nice staff and giod service.

The staff were amazing and the room was comfortable. Not having easy access to stairs (only one elevator) and the parking lot where you have to wait to get your car back can be a little annoying, but these were small issues overall. I would stay here again.

Breakfast is simple, worse than expected. And the site of breakfast is crowded. Close to the station and located beside Lawson convenience store - pretty good location. Room rates was expensive sicne it is Saturday

I’d highly recommend this hotel
I love Breakfast. We stayed for 3nights. And the breakfast menu changed every single morning. The room was cleaned everyday. The staff always smile and prompt to service if you want any help. If I will travel to Aizuwakamatsu again, I will definitely come back here.

Pleasant first time stay!
Free breakfast was nice!! Parking was by automated car lift and cost a nominal 300yen per night. I felt it was good value considering the room rate. I will use this chain hotel in future.

Very clean.
The hotel corridors and rooms must have been recently renovated as there were very few signs of wear and tear. The single room I booked was larger than most Japanese businessman hotel standards and being on the upper floor, the view to the surrounding mountains was excellent. Hotel staff were very helpful and some even spoke excellent English. The hotel was close to the train station but as Wakamatsu is not a Shinkansen town the surrounding area doesn’t have the usual amount of restaurants. However, there are several chain type restaurants and your more traditional izakaya eateries not too far away and easy to find. The hotel only has one elevator which got very busy a peak times.
