Halfway through the stay the bathroom sink broke, meaning the plug was stuck in and they wouldn't come to repair it. To add insult to injury, despite me informing the owner of the broken sink and that the apartment was dirty, they are trying to blame us for the sink and leaving the apartment dirty - very disappointing considering we left it cleaner than we found it. nice apartment but 0/10 for cleanliness and very poor owner. But to describe the hotel as "ski-in/ski-out" is wholly misleading. The exit/entrance involved a dangerous traverse across about 100m of sheet ice. The hotel itself recommended against using the route, instead suggesting using the free shuttle. That runs about every 90 minutes, so is basically useless. So don't stay here if you don't want to have to drive to the resort each day.
