Me gustó la localización. No me gustó que en el área del "balcón" las paredes no están terminadas, tiene tubería expuesta y la paredes no tiene terminaciones (se ven los tornillos del drywall, no tiene masilla o enpañetado, no está pintado. El baño tiene azulejos del piso roto y las terminaciones en el área de la bañera no son las mejores.
