Casa Pesca E is a modern and graceful apartment situated at a few steps from a sandy beach. It sleeps four people. From Casa Pesca E you will have a view of the surrounding buildings. Casa Pesca E is 40 square meters (430 square feet). It features a private terrace, air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed), winter heating and WI-FI Internet access.   
You will be approximately 800 meters (half a mile) from the center of Agropoli. You will find the closest restaurant at 30 meters (100 feet), shops a few meters (feet) away, the stop for CSTP bus Salerno - Acciaroli line at 100 meters (330 feet) and the closest beach at 50 meters (approximately 165 feet).   
Casa Pesca E is located on the first floor of a three story building. You will reach it from the main entrance of the building along a stairway which consists of approximately 15 steps.   
You will not need a car to stay at Casa Pesca E. If you do have one, you will be able to park it on the premises, free of charge in a garage. The parking space is suitable for at most one car. Private parking must be reserved ahead of time; we kindly ask you to let our staff know, so that we can make the necessary arrangements for you (availability is limited; if you think you will need parking please inquire before placing your reservation). Casa Pesca E is one of the holiday homes available in a complex. Please find a general description of the complex below, and please scroll further down for a description of Casa Pesca E.  
Please kindly note. The rental price includes: final cleaning; linens; towels; electricity.Available upon request: parking. Available for a fee, if desired:continental breakfast EUR 6.00/person per day;pets. Tourist tax, paid locally: From June 1 to September 30: EUR 1.00 per person per night for the first 7 nights. Guests aged under 12 are exempt. Refundable security deposit paid cash upon arrival: EUR 100 (it is returned to you at check-out).  
 Parking  
The parking area is shared with the other guests staying at the complex, and there will be an area reserved for your exclusive use.   
 Terrace  
The terrace is 5 square meters (53 square feet) large. It is partly shaded. It is equipped with a table and chairs. From the terrace you will have a view of the surrounding buildings.   
 Living Room  
The furnishings of the living room are modern and welcoming. The furnishings include a divan that unfolds into a double bed. In the living room you will also find a cooking area. The kitchenette is equipped with a four-burner gas cooker, a refrigerator with freezer, an Italian-style coffee-maker and other small appliances. The dining table is in the kitchen island, and can accommodate four guests. In this room you will find a satellite television (local channels). From the living room you will be able to enter the terrace through a French door. The room is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.   
 Bedroom  
You will be able to enter the bedroom from the living room. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed), that can be split into twins if requested (please contact our staff in advance to make arrangements). From the bedroom you will be able to enter a balcony through a French door. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.   
 Bathroom  
The bathroom is tiled with lucid yellow majolica tiles and equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a fully enclosed shower and a hairdryer. You will be able to enter the bathroom from the living room.
