worse experience, Hotel booked through Expedia

First of all you are misleading about the hotel quality. The Hotel condition is horrible. Ice comes out of the Air conditioner. Not a single piece of furniture available in the room except the bed; no wardrobe, No chair. Even they are not providing drinking water in the room. R.O water is given after several reminder. Hotel stuffs are useless. They don't know how to talk to the guest. I had the worse experience staying in this hotel. I am curious how the Expedia is recommending this hotel. Totally cheating. I advise all not to book this hotel at any cost. I also request Expedia to visit the hotel to check the minimum facilities available with the hotel before shortlisting it on the website. Pocket friendly

The restaurant at the hotel has the most delicious breakfast parathas we ate in India. Rooms are good. Location is close to the Taj Mahal and the Agra Fort. Very friendly and helpful staff.

Excellent hotel

My family stayed for 1 night here and 1st time in Agra. Easy reaches from railway station. Very convenient to city centre and we found a great restaurant with delicious Indian food. Highly recommend.

One night in Agra

No complains. Staff that speaks good English n gives excellent travel advices. Hotel itself is a short walk from beautiful Taj Mahal. Room is spacious n cozy. Comfy beds n very decent bathroom. Great breakfast. A small walk towards Taj Mahal in winter’s morning. What's not to love?

sorprendentemente bueno

Llegué bastante temprano pero mi habitación estaba lista y me ofrecieron refrescos gratuitos mientras esperaba. El hotel es notablemente limpio y bien cuidado. Las habitaciones son fieles a sus imágenes (¡que no encuentras a menudo en Delhi!). Espacioso, moderno, cómodo y con hervidor de agua y una buena ducha. El hotel está a poca distancia de la estación de Nueva Delhi.

A welcoming staff

The foyer is welcoming and reception staff went out of their way to get weary travelers a room early to freshen up. The restaurant was well-run and breakfast generous. Staff seem to be proud to work here. Rooms were clean and comfy

Fine place to stay

Room we stayed in looked nice and fresh. However, there were some stains on the quilt cover. But we called the housekeeping staff and they changed it quickly. The receptionist seemed very happy to help us, spoke very politely and was friendly. Other than that, the location was good, close to the Taj Mahal.

Ideal for sightseeing

Totally happy with the location of hotel being just a stone's throw away from the Taj mahal, and a short walk from Agra Fort. Service was excellent and the staff was helpful. The size of the room was good, very good free wifi available everywhere in the hotel.

Clean room with a modern look and not too small. Convenient location to all sites. The food was good, not too large of a selection but adequate. Helpful staff. Luggage storage available. I will stay again in this hotel.

Great value & quality hotel

Quality rooms. Beds were comfortable and we had a good sleep. Bathroom and its amenities were nice. The towels, shampoo, soaps and conditioner were of a great quality. Very good location; close to everything. I would definitely book this hotel again without hesitation

Basic breakfast and the water pressure in the shower was a bit low, but acceptable. The location is great right in the heart of the city, and close to all sites. Extremely professional and knowledgeable staff in the reception area. Thanks for all the advice and help.

Easy location, very helpful staff

Conveniently located, just a few minutes drive from the train station, and within walking distance of some points of interest. Staff very friendly & helpful. Wonderful room service. The decor of this hotel was very pretty, and our room was nice and of a decent size.

Very clean hotel, good value

Hotel very clean, staff were nice. Good location. Close to all attractions within easy connectivity. This is my second stay at this hotel, and the hotel staff clearly remembered my name and my needs. We ate dinner in our own room, it was excellent, and they made the same as we loved to eat.

Room condition 5/10. Location 10/10. If you are a backpacker, the Taj Mahal booking office is just 100m away. After that there is a shuttle bus that takes you to the East Gate. This guesthouse is quite old and needs a makeover, but everyone who goes to Agra will not stay in the room. The only time they get back into the room is to sleep. The Taj Mahal view from the rooftop is nice.

Perfect location and good price

Perfect location, very central and gives good walking access to many popular destinations such as the Taj Mahal, Agra Fort and so on. Check in was quick and the room was comfortable with very nice beds. Staff were extremely helpful and friendly, they could not do enough for us. This is one of the best hotels in Agra at this price. I would stay here again, due to its location and quality for the price.

Good Hotel Experience!!

Service at the hotel was good and quick the staff nice and spoke good English. Great location, 5 min walk to Taj Mahal and 15 min walk to Agra Fort. The surrounding was not overly busy or overcrowded, but we found plenty of choices for food and drinks in the area. The only negative was the size of the bathroom, a bit small for the family of 3.
