« En cherchant un hôtel sur agra. Venant de France et connaissant le groupe Accor j ai choisi mercure pour ne pas avoir de mauvaises surprises. Mais malheureusement j'étais très déçue. Au niveau du check in un monsieur était là sur son ordinateur et nous avons attendu 10 min dans quim ne prenne en charge . On pensait qu il était occupait nous avons fait la queue sans rien demander. Par contre un autre couple arrive directement vers lui et commence le check in alors qu'on était là depuis...

« Tres bel hôtel Chambre grande confortable et tres propre Dans un quartier un peu a l ecart donc silencieux. Sécurisé la nuit avec un garde devant la porte Petit déjeuner tres bon. Seul bémol mais l hôtel n y est pour rien il y a des moustiques comme dans toute la ville dAgra donc prenez de quoi vous en protéger »

« My stay was short, just one night, but I can truly say this place is extremely peaceful, safe, and quiet. I really enjoyed the few hours I spent there the location is perfect for walking around and exploring nearby temples. The family who runs the hotel is absolutely wonderful. They even called me ahead of time to ask if I needed transportation to get there. I have nothing negative to say; it’s a place I would highly recommend. If I ever return to the area, I’d definitely stay here again. »

« I stayed at Hotel NoVo Agra as a solo traveler, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The hotel felt completely safe and comfortable throughout my stay. The staff was extremely polite, helpful, and always available whenever I needed anything, which made me feel very welcomed. The room was clean, cozy, and well-maintained — perfect for a solo trip. The location is also excellent, close to the Taj Mahal and other popular spots, so getting around was very easy. »

"Hôtel pratique car proche du Taj Mahal (10 min en tuk tuk). Vue sur le Taj Mahl depuis la terrasse mais ausi sur la ville pas très photogénique. La vue sur la piscine avec une terrasse peu avenante. Petit-déjeuner bon mais peu de viennoiseries."
