### Apartment in Vignola Mare near Sandy Beach

The Baia dei Mirti residence is located in Vignola Mare, in the municipality of Aglientu. The complex is immersed in the Mediterranean scrub in front of a splendid pine forest and is designed with harmonious architectural lines in perfect Gallura style. It consists of a residential area in the shape of a courtyard, with apartments on the ground floor with terrace/garden and on the first floor with balcony, divided into four buildings. In the central area there is the reception, a snack bar and a small bar, a small market, a laundry and the beautiful swimming pool with children's pool. 800 meters away is the town of Vignola Mare with its large beach of fine sand and various services: ATM, market (open from 1 April to 30 October), hairdresser, delicatessen, parapharmacy, emergency service. A few kilometers from the residence you can visit the beaches of Nuracu Nieddu (4.7 km), Monti Russu (7.2 km) and Rena Majore (12.2 km). Santa Teresa di Gallura, a starting point for visiting Corsica, is only 19 km away. We recommend using a car. Notes: - each apartment has a beach umbrella - The tourist tax must be paid in cash on site - Mobility: Not suitable for people with reduced mobility - Wi-Fi is only available in the swimming pool and in the reception area - the tennis court and five-a-side football pitch are located about 100 meters away away. - Transfer apt/port Olbia airport for car EUR 139.00 1-3 pers;  
It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house The photos show examples of houses and apartments. not suitable for people with reduced mobility. Only dogs up to max. 20 kg allowed. Dogs are in the communal. used areas not allowed. WIFI only in the pool area. WIFI only in the reception area. Linen change every 7 nights for stays of at least 14 nights.
