Ideal for making the most of your vacation, this centrally located residence, close to the sea, yet still enjoying the peace and quiet of this slightly secluded residence.  
  
10 minutes from the port and the town center by bike, close to all amenities at Rochelongue Shopping Mall.  
  
40m² semi-detached villa for 6 people, located on the ground floor.  
West-facing with a view of the garden and the residence.  
40m² enclosed garden.  
Private parking space #31.  
  
Charming, recently renovated, air-conditioned semi-detached villa featuring a beautiful living room with a sofa bed and an open, fully equipped kitchen (microwave, mini oven, toaster, electric coffee maker, hob, washing machine, electric kettle, griddle and raclette grill, refrigerator/freezer, and reversible air conditioning).  
  
Ground floor bedroom with a double bed (140 cm) and storage space.  
  
Bathroom on the same level with shower and separate toilet.  
  
Upstairs, you will find the second bedroom on the mezzanine floor with a double bed (140 cm) and a single bed (90 cm).  
  
TV in the living room (French channels only).  
  
Utensils such as pots, pans, glasses, cutlery, and plates are available for guests, as well as duvets, pillows, and cleaning supplies.  
  
The apartment does not have Wi-Fi. You can contact the agency, which will provide you with a Wi-Fi router (5GB per day) for €7 per day or €39 per week.  
  
Sheets, towels, and tea towels are not provided in this apartment. You can request them from the agency if necessary.  
Rental price: €15 per bed for sheets.  
Towels: €10 per person.
