It is part of a secure private complex with another 4 holiday properties. This is the largest of the properties and is on the first floor. It sleeps 4/6 people in 2 spacious double bedrooms; both with king size beds and a double bed-settee in the corner of the extra-large dining/living room. The property also has a kitchen & breakfast area. In the kitchen there is a Senseo coffee machine and a normal filter coffee machine. There is also a dishwasher and a washing machine. The bathroom has a shower room. Most people however, prefer the conservatory and terrace areas where you can choose to dine or relax under the shelter of the glass conservatory or in the sunshine on the terrace. The terrace area not only provides space for dining but you can also relax and sunbathe privately. The front of the apartment has breathtaking views of the River Herault and city of Agde, whilst the rear views are onto the neighbouring vineyards. The sandy Mediterranean beach is easily accessed by foot, bicycle or car as it is only 3.5km away at the mouth of the river. Secure parking is available within the complex. This apartment is centrally heated so is ideal for low season breaks. There is air condition in the living room. With Béziers Airport only 10 minutes from Agde - this apartment is ideally located for flying from various locations. Ryanair fly from 5 major UK airports (Bristol, Edinburgh, Manchester and London Luton & Stansted) as well as Dusseldorf. Stockholm and Paris Beauvais. Other nearby airports to fly into include Montpellier, Nimes. Perpignan & Carcassonne. Die ausgesprochen große und helle Wohnung befindet sich in einer sehr hübschen geschlossenen kleinen Anlage und man hat einen wunderschönen Blick auf den Fluss und auf ein Weinfeld. David ( spricht auch Englisch !!!) kümmert sich sehr engagiert vor Ort um alles und das mit viel Humor. Er hat dafür gesorgt, dass wir uns rundherum wohl gefühlt haben !!! Einziger Nachteil: im August ist es so voll, dass man nur im Stau steht und man nicht „mal eben“ noch in die Stadt oder an Strand fährt. ##### Claudia R.
