### L'Agathoise - Proche de la Plage

The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers you this 22 m² air-conditioned apartment for rent in Agde, less than a kilometer from the beach, with shared pool, which can accommodate up to 4 travelers. Located on the first floor, it comprises a 14 m² living room, an equipped kitchenette, a bathroom (with shower) and a 14 m² terrace.  
  
The apartment is composed as follows  
\- 14 m² living room with double sofa bed and TV  
\- A kitchenette equipped with electric kettle, microwave oven, toaster, hotplates, etc.  
\- Bedroom with 1 bunk bed (sleeps 2)  
\- Bathroom with shower  
\- Separate WC  
  
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, fan, iron.  
  
Exterior:  
\- An enclosed and private 14m² terrace, facing east, with furniture to enjoy the sunny days.  
\- Communal areas: shared, secure swimming pool (unheated), open from May 1 to September 30  
\- A shared, unheated 15x8 m swimming pool open from May 1 to September 30\.   
  
The apartment is ideally located in Agde, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets...  
  
Activities:  
\- Visit wine estates and taste regional products.  
\- Visit the city of Agde: Saint-Etienne cathedral, museums, river port, etc.  
\- Hiking to Mont-Saint-Loup, Bagnas lock...  
\- Theater, cinema and arena visits, spa and balneotherapy...  
\- Aqualand park, LunaPark, horseback riding, casino, paintball, bowling...  
\- Visits to surrounding towns and villages: Le Grau d'Agde, La Tamassière, Pézenas...
