"It was a good stay. The room was clean but could have been a little cleaner in the corners. The toilet seat was loose. Aside from that it was good. The staff was friendly and welcoming. "
"For the price, this hotel is quite luxurious. It’s literally across the street from the airport, so super convenient! They have a decent workout room, pool, and an amazing complimentary breakfast at reasonable hours. The staff were helpful and friendly. I’m a nursing mom so I needed to freeze pumped milk. They were so accommodating and were able to store and freeze all of my bags no problem. Definitely coming back next year and highly recommend!"
"It's a Motel 6. Exactly what I expected and hoped for. A comfy bed and a TV. No fridge kinda sucked but there ya go. Got a smoking room, which was awesome. They were all segregated from the other rooms to keep everyone happy. A+ for being what they claim to be, a budget hotel."
"Rogue Regency Inn and Suites is a nice place to stay and price was excellent. Stayed for two nights for a softball tournament. It is close to a lot of restaurants. Has a Pub inside along with a pool and gym area. Lots of parking. Room smelled a little musty, but it was clean (shower could have been a little bit better taken care of), but definitely a place I recommend and will definitely stay again if I ever go back to Medford."
"We like to stay here because it is a short walk to the airport. They now charge you to park your car during your stay which doesn’t seem right since you have already paid for your stay. "
"Well, never have had an issue in my place. Hotels always have been a great stay conditions outside of hotel could definitely do for some cleaning or upkeep and attention to detail, check in staff is a bit monotone, dry personality somewhat professional did not greet me and ask me at check-in if I was a rewards member Asked if he needed my email and he responded with why because I’m a rewards member,. And it’s the only my place that I have been to because they have kitchenettes. There’s always been utensils and dishes provided in the room. Coffee pot was dirty and did not want to use it. Shower curtain had a funky odor due to. I don’t think it’s been washed and carpets. Definitely could be cleaned. It was a OK stay but it is not to the standard of normal my place hotels, but I will definitely give it another shot in the future because I really do enjoy this hotel Franchise very accommodating, except for the one in Medford the pet area of the west end of the hotel definitely could use a little more cleaning as you all you smell is pet urine, and the patio gazebo area definitely could be maintained and cleaned on a regular basis by maintenance or housekeeping. And a lot of suspicious activity between two hotels and I know things are legal in the state of Oregon, but just a lot of activity in the evening and night time for this to be a family friendly place to stay just be advised.
