There was an issue that was pretty frustrating and needed to be resolved, but it was handled the next morning and communication throughout was really good. If I need to be back in the city for anything, I’d stay there again! »

« The condo is exactly as described. The check-in was easy. The videos of the garage and how to enter secured buildings is very helpful. Host is extremely helpful and quick to respond. The building staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Excellent location. Convenient for grocery and wine runs! Even a Target within a block!The unit is low on flatware - not an issue for 2 of us, but would be for 3 or more occupants. »

« The property was great and pretty good sizefor the 5 of us (2 adults, 3 boys). The location was close to UPenn & Franklin Field, where we spent most of our time due to our son running in the New Balance Nationals. Only 2 slight negatives were the parking and the washing machine. The garage is really not meant for anything but a car. And the street parking was was very difficult due to the narrow street. Fortunately, the neighbors were friendly and helped us figure it out. As for the washing...

« The apartment was just as it was described, and very clean. Also the front desk folks were very helpful getting me situated. Very much enjoyed the neighborhood and so conveniently located for the work I was doing at a nearby school. Near to SPROUTS (a Whole Foods alternative) coffee shops and the exciting Passyunk neighborhood for delicious eats. Check out BARCELONA for great tapas. And say hi to Danielle. »

« We recently stayed at this property and had a mixed experience. On the positive side, the location was very convenient—having grocery stores and a Target right next door made errands easy. I also appreciated having a washer and dryer available during our stay.However, the unit had several drawbacks that impacted our comfort. « This property was a great place to stay that was close/on to the River Front. The space was clean and had all of the necessities for my two week stay. I think my favorite part was that the parking garage had a dedicated spot, so you didn’t have to worry about street parking. »
