"The hotel was clean. Staff was friendly. Location was right next to the train station with a Family Mart attached which you can shop in and exit closer to the train as well. However, I dealt with a few hiccups due to the fact that I booked through an external vendor. Some of the issues may have been due to the language barrier as well. With all that said, overall experience was good. I would stay there again."

"I am on my first trip abroad. This is my first trip to Japan. And I am solo. Mercure has made the first 4 days of my trip a great home base after long days of being out. Comfortable, cozy, and clean. The staff are professional and friendly. I had mistakenly gone out thinking I checked out the following day when it was for that day. With a quick email back and forth, they had confirmed one night extended stay - no big drama or need to cut my day short to problem solve."

"Check-in was easy, there are all the amenities you could ever need on an international trip, spacious rooms (by both US and Japan standards) and a 5 min walk from the monorail to the parks. Room service was excellent after a long international flight. Breakfast buffet was yummy. Laundry facilities on site. We will be staying here again!"

"We stayed at this hotel for 6 nights & had two rooms 6 people in one and 5 in the other. I will say the beds are cool because its 6 twins in one room. It would be nice if the room was a little bigger but it was great for the price. The hotel had a lawsons attached to it & it was amazing to have! This hotel is also attached to the urayasu train station like a literal bridge to the station entrance. We were able to use it for all our traveling. The hotel also has a mall across the street along with plenty of little shops downstairs. It has a lot to offer if you look around. It is far from tokyo ( 1hr maybe 1hr 20 mins) but nothing crazy since the station was so close. Id recommend this for bigger groups who want to stay together & budget. They also give free toothbrushes / slippers everyday. They provide towels everyday & they have a area to get more hygiene products. The have a free amenities area which includes so much candy/ drinks & some light food options. Id say a con to this place is the elevators get SO PACKED from 8pm -10pm. It was a real pain."
