Adirondack Trail Vacation Packages

Very Getto like, very poor across the board

I rented 2 rooms for a night. Both bathrooms were dirty - toilet seats with bits of feces and dried urine on them. Arrived in the middle of the night, so had to stick with the reservation. But I would never stay in this hotel again. On the bright side, the young man at the front desk was very helpful, courteous, and helpful. I left him a generous tip for a job well-done, and left the cleaners no tip as they are the reason for my low rating.

L’hôtel est proche de tout, il y’a des jeux d’eau pour les familles avec des enfants, le personnel de la réception est à l’écoute

The photos of the room do not reflect reality at all. The bedroom was very dark, and the furniture was old and dirty. Even the cushions looked like they had been there for years and were clearly worn out. Although the room was a generous size, the overall condition gave us a very bad first impression. The room felt creepy and uncomfortable, and we immediately felt uneasy about staying there. It was 11 p.m. on a rainy night, when we arrived at the hotel, but we decided not to stay. My first concern was the possibility of bedbugs, so I checked the reviews and found previous reports mentioning this issue. That made us even more uncomfortable with the idea of sleeping there. Overall, it was a very disappointing experience. The difference between the photos and the actual condition of the room was shocking, and we did not feel comfortable or safe staying there.
