The hallway passes a private courtyard with outdoor seating, an ideal spot for a quiet morning coffee, before opening into the main living area. Here, a deep sectional sofa, reclining armchair and warm, layered styling create an inviting space to relax with a movie or enjoy slow evenings together.

The kitchen sits at the heart of the home, sleek and bright with high-gloss cabinetry, a generous island bench and bar stools for casual dining. A full suite of appliances, including an espresso machine, gas cooktop, oven, fridge and dishwasher, makes cooking effortless. Nearby, the light-filled dining area offers a welcoming place to gather.
