Summary:

Four-bedroom house two minutes from Glenelg beach and five from Jetty Road, built for families and groups up to 13. Pool is heated October to April. Downstairs master with ensuite, plus an upstairs games room with pool table and bar. Three bathrooms and a dining area for 10 mean a big group can spread out without crowding.



The Space:

Ground floor opens to a family room with lounges, a dining area seating 10, and a full kitchen with a breakfast nook.



The downstairs master has a king bed and ensuite. A second downstairs bedroom is set up for kids with two bunk beds and two floor mattresses. The main bathroom on this level has a bathtub and shower. The downstairs fireplace works.



Upstairs holds two queen bedrooms and a third bathroom with toilet and shower. The games room is the standout: full-size pool table, bar station, wall-mounted TV, and sound system. Alcohol is not provided, and the upstairs fireplace is disconnected.



Out back, a covered patio has outdoor dining. The pool is ringed by outdoor sofas and is heated October to April only, not the rest of the year. The spa section is not connected and is not a hot tub.



Sleeps 13 across four bedrooms. Free parking on site. Self check-in by lockbox. Guests access the whole home except the rear garage, which is locked and alarmed.



You will receive a boarding pass before check-in and choose either a refundable damage deposit or a deposit waiver.

The Neighborhood:

The house sits on Pier Street, a two-minute walk from the beach. Jetty Road and Moseley Square are five minutes on foot, with shops, cafes, and restaurants clustered there. The location suits groups who want to leave the car parked and walk to food, drinks, and sand. Reviewers rate the location 5.0 out of 5.



Getting Around:

Free on-site parking makes driving easy, and central Adelaide is about 25 minutes by car. The Glenelg tram runs from Moseley Square to the city in roughly 30 minutes and is a short walk from the house. Rideshare is widely available across Glenelg.



Other Things to Note:

The spa section of the pool is on the same heating as the main pool. It is not a hot tub. The jets are disconnected.
