Excellent bungalow for 6 people with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, air conditioning, WIFI and private parking in luxury private urbanization (with 24H security) in the heart of Playa Paraíso.

It has no stairs, ideal for children and for adults.

The apartment is fully equipped for a comfortable stay of 6 people. It has 3 bedrooms with 2 double beds, 1 single bed that can be converted into a double bed and a sofa bed in the living room. Two bathrooms with shower and hot tub. It has a TV, washing machine, iron, hair dryer, kitchen with dishwasher, micro and all appliances. Sets of towels, sheets and all the amenities to make the stay unbeatable.

It has a large west-facing terrace so it has sun almost all day.

The complex covers the expectations of a luxury urbanization. It has a large pool space with 4 swimming pools, one of them heated and one for children. The pool area has a lot of sun beds and has a restaurant / bar where you can enjoy refreshments and meals at the foot of the pool while enjoying the sun. Gardens, WI-FI area, games room, billiards and ping pong are some of the facilities that the urbanization has that is completely closed and with 24H security guard service.

The urbanization is located 5 minutes walk from 2 great beaches and is very close to the famous Hard Rock Hotel where it has many entertainment spaces with free entrance and Adeje golf course.

Extra Services: Barbecue rental, Beach set rental and Cleaning service - per service (2 hours cleaning). Includes cleaning of bathrooms, beds, scrubbing and trash change. Change of towels - per change. They include all the towels in the house. Does not include dishwashing. Really relaxing place
We have had a peaceful and relaxing holiday by staying in the well situated accommodation. The amenities such as the swimming pool , The restaurant are absolutely great! We recommend this place for family and friends.

Nice but not as described
The apartment itself was lovely and had everything you would need for a family of four. Dalia was terrific and really helpful. There are no views from this apartment so do not believe the photos. The pool is supposed to be heated and it is freezing. If you are booking to swim in a pool do not book. We were extremely disappointed in this. The pool bar and restaurant is excellent. Cocktails and food really lovely and well priced.

Great apartment in a great location
We were warmly welcomed to the apartment by Dalila who was on hand throughout our stay. Very clean and comfortable for the 6 of us. Clean and tidy complex with very friendly staff, loved the pool and bar.

It is not a bungalow but an apartment with similar accommodation at either side and above.
It is advertised as having air conditioning but the bedrooms do not have it nor are they equipped with ceiling fans. We were surrounded by noisy neighbours. It is well equipped with the usual white goods however the extracta fans in the bathrooms did not work, the hot water ran out quickly, not enough for 4 people to shower. The bed pillows were more like scatter cushions with only 2 per double bed. We stayed 11nights but did not get a change of towels or bedding, we washed the towels ourselves. The sink in the general bathroom needs the drain plug mechanism adjusting and over all the property could be cleaner, there was food and dirt between the cushions on the sofa. The pool bar does serve good food at affordable prices. A car is a requirement as there are limited shopping facilities nearby, there is a large supermarket approx 10 minutes drive away.

Beautiful complex with excellent pool bar!!
Apartment was well equipped to make our holiday comfortable, which also included towels to use at the pool (this was a bonus). Pool bar staff were fantastic and accommodating and food there was lovely and reasonably priced, they also made the best cocktails we have ever tasted. The only negative we have about the complex is the pool gates getting locked of an evening whilst we were having our meal meaning that we had to walk the long way around and as one of our family members is unable to walk long distances we had to go back with the wheelchair. The complex is in a quiet location which is great for peace and tranquility, if you do want to sample the bars/restaurants you can either go by taxi to los christionas/americas at a cost of 20-25 euros or to the town near to the Hard Rock Hotel at a cost of 5 euros. You can ask the staff at the bar to call you a taxi and they are usually there within 5 minutes. If you do decide to go to the waterpark it is advisable to purchase the fast track pass at an additional cost of 15 euros or you will struggle to get on the rides especially if you go in July. Overall we had a nice relaxing holiday and enjoyed our stay at the complex.

Tres bel ensemble immobilier.
La résidence est juste magnifique!! Nous la connaissons bien puisque c'est la troisième que nous venons. Cet appartement nous ne le connaissions pas il est de plein pied la plus part sont en duplex le seul inconvénient c'est que la terrasse est sur le bord du chemin ou passent les voitures qui sortent de la résidence et les piétons. Un petit manque d'intimité sinon rien à dire.

Rundum schöner Aufenthalt
Die Buchung hat prima funktioniert und bereits vor Ankunft haben wir wichtige Informationen erhalten (Adresse, Wegbeschreibung, Kontaktdaten usw.). Vor Ort hat man uns freundlich empfangen und uns die Anlage und die Unterkunft gezeigt. Die Unterkunft ist geräumiger, als man es von den Bildern erwartet und alles ist gepflegt und sauber. Auch die Anlage ist wirklich schön mit einer großen Pool Area und Poolbar, wo man Essen und Getränke bestellen kann. Das Meer ist nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt, ein richtiger Sandstrand ist etwa zehn Autominuten entfernt. Bei Fragen konnten wir uns jederzeit melden und uns wurde direkt weiter geholfen. Beim Check-out hat auch alles problemlos funktioniert. Gerne wieder! :-)

Generell fanden wir die Anlage und das Appartement sehr angenehm, allerdings ist die Umgebung nicht so interessant! Nach Costa Adeje sind es mit dem Auto ca 15 min!
