Great value for money

Apartment was a bit shabby needs a bit of tlc but you can’t complain for the price. Beds were very comfortable & the shower was fine. Located up a hill but we didn’t mind that as everything you needed was close by.

Had and excellent stay! Great communication from Daniel the host. Apartment although not modern was spotless and all linen was very clean and new. UK tv channels available. 8 mins to a large supermarket and about 15 mins to the beach, close enough to everything you could need but far enough for a bit of peace and quiet.

Daniel, the host is brilliant. Good communication, simple pick up instructions for the keys. It was quiet, within 10 minutes walk of two huge supermarkets and felt very safe. It is great for a self catering holiday on a budget. Please be aware that this is not a 5 star hotel, but this is very reasonable, spacious, and clean for the price. I came back here because I had an enjoyable time last year... And I will come back again.

Central location,beach is 10 min walk away which is mostly downhill with plenty of restaurants and bars all close by.If you struggle walking up hill this placevis not for as there's a steep incline to the apartment block.

Daniel was fantastic. He welcomed me and showed me to my room. A bottle of wine, beer water and cola all part of his ‘welcome drink’ , a lovely touch. I was living next door to a family though when I thought it was an adults only property. The mornings were disturbed because of this but I was only on a short stay of 4 nights. My room was comfortable and spacious. English tv channels and a great powerful hot shower. Thanks Daniel :).

We stayed in a studio in Florida park and the studio was very large with a good size balcony that overlooked Siam Park, However if you look down you would see derelict buildings and a supply yard for Siam Park. The studio really needs an update with a piece of wood placed in the balcony door because there was no lock. I have read other reviews that describe their studio as amazing giving it 10 out of 10 they must have stayed in a different studio to us I would rate it 6 out of Ten. you can find much better at the same price.

Florida park was ideal for us . It was cheap but very clean , large comfortable , just like home from home . Even with English TV. Daniel was our contact . He contacted me a couple of days before going and was a great help on site .

Very quiet and clean place. Close to shops and the first cafes and restaurants, but not right on the street which is a plus. It may not be a new building and you can see signs of wear and tear, but it's not a Hilton and for the price I paid everything was as it should be and even better. I was pleasantly surprised with the apartment and the whole stay. Daniel is a very helpful guy. Highly recommended.

Fantastic relaxing stay

2 bedroomed apartment, very spacious. Check in easy, Daniel met us out front and showed us to our room. Rooms were spotlessly clean and cleaners came in once during our stay, they were there for 2 hours it was immaculate. Small pool but big enough for a dip. Nothing was too much for Daniel he was attentive and helpful, the apartment s are in a fairly central location. The only negative was check out was 10 am with no where to store baggage or a shower room but would definitely recommend

When I book a room with a Balcony like most people I expect to get a room with a balcony not a basement room I was given at Florida Park for 8 nights, I complained to the manager/cleaner Daniel that we were not happy he just uttered a load of garbage about us wanting a balcony on a higher floor, I did not I only wanted a balcony on any floor. This basement room is rubbish i am 6ft tall and my eye level was at ground level people lying on sun loungers looked down on this basement. Beware if you book a balcony room at Florida Park you might get a room in the cellar.

C ero stata l anno scorso e quest'anno sono ritornata mi trovo benissimo stanza monolocale grandissima, con bagno con vasca, con terrazzino vista piscina e mare favoloso proprio di fronte al siam park. Hyggelig og hjelpsom vert.

Vert var meget imøtekommende og hyggelig. Rask tilbakemelding om det var noe jeg lurte på. Ble litt skuffet over å få nederste studioleilighet, som har "balkong" under bakkenivå. Å få andre turister som ligger å soler seg rett over og foran vindu og balkong, var lite hyggelig. Leiligheten forøvrig var grei nok. Sengene var harde, og ligger omtrent rett på fjærene som lager lyder. En overmadrass hadde gjort susen! Solsengene rundt bassenget var av dårlig kvalitet. Ingen justeringsmulighet for sengene, kun flatt. Ellers rent og pent på utearealene. Kan godt bytte ut de fillene av noen flagg, det tar seg ikke ut å presentere nasjonalflagg som er revet i stykker.
