Near perfect

The apartments and the complex were as good as we could have hoped for. Location was perfect, pools were warm and plenty big enough. The room was cleaned every day. Walls were a bit thin as we could hear next doors kids shouting at 11pm coming back from a night out, but on the whole we would recommend these apartments.

Apartment was perfect, location also. Check in took quite a while. Not their fault as quite alot turner up at the same time amd unfortunately we was on the end of it. Only card around pool for people reading.

Standards slipping

Have stayed multiple times however we thought that the service was suffering at the pool bar. Only one member of staff on until 1.45pm that is to late for the lunch service. People were waiting a long time for drinks and food. Staff always very helpful and friendly. Shortage of staff is letting the reputation of the apartments down. Will think seriously about returning.

Nice simple hotel. But I wouldn’t stay again

Let me start by saying on the whole this place is a good hotel. Amenities, food, pool, location etc all good. It’s just been very hot indeed in Tenerife and it did not have proper air conditioning, instead had fans on the ceiling. Honestly I struggled to sleep. So as much as I did like the hotel generally it was sooo hot at night.

The apartment/room was clean and spacious. Very quite as we asked. Communication with the hotel was good. All staff were very nice and helpful. The only problem was on our first day when the WiFi was down until next day and quality of the dinner was below our expectation (possibly due to the time we went was just between the two setting sections). Otherwise, happy with our stay and definitely will consider to go back again.

We had a lovely time with good food and good amenities. As we like walking there was plenty hiking to be done. Better knowledge about bus system would have been nice, maybe a folder in reception about the busses where and when. Very nice pool and area. Did have gluten-free options!

The Property is in an excellent location with friendly staff. Breakfast is decent but with no variation. The Property is clean, but we saw a dead cockroach on the ground and read about the same before arriving. Overall, the Property needs modernisation when water leaks all over the floor and the old toilet system, just like having time running in the toilet. All in all, it was a good stay.

We stay here every year for 14 nights and never had an issue. Our power went off,we went to reception to report and electrician more or less followed us back. Sorted. No problem.

Bon séjour en famille

Un séjour en famille assez agréable dans l’ensemble dans cet hôtel. Le personnel est très accueillant et a l’écoute. En revanche pas de climatisation des chambres donc nous avons dormi les fenêtres ouvertes. Les hôtels avoisinants mettent la musique assez fort le soir et le matin des 7:30 nous avons eu le droit aux marteaux piqueurs et autres travaux des voisins. Nous avions un appartement équipé en vaisselle et casseroles mais pas d’éponge ni de liquide vaisselle. C’est dommage. L’hôtel est bien situé avec des commerces, des restaurants, et des plages à proximité.

Super Lage, nahe zum Strand und zur Strandpromenade, fußläufig sind außerdem Supermärkte und eine Autovermietung zu erreichen. Keine Parkmöglichkeiten direkt am Hotel aber in 5 Gehminuten erreicht man einen großen kostenfreien Parkplatz. Die Zimmer sind groß und mit einer Küchenzeile ausgestattet. Schöner großer, beheizter Pool. Schade, dass dies notwendig ist aber ggf. kann die Badeaufsicht am Pool mehr aktiv werden. Liegen werden morgens schon für den ganzen Tag reserviert, Kinder sowie Eltern springen ohne Rücksicht auf andere Badegäste ins Wasser. Super leckeres Frühstück und nettes Frühstückspersonal.

Ein schönes kleines Hotel, zentrumsnsh. Zum Steand geht es einen kleinen Berg hinunter (5 Min), dort findet man auch eine große Strandpromenade. Zimmer haben Ventilator, keine Klima. Wir hätten uns gewünscht, sie hätten innerhalb der Woche mal gekehrt/gesaugt. Bis auf 1x gab es täglich einen einfachen Zimmerservice. Essen war gut, große Auswahl. Personal freundlich. Wir würden wieder kommen.

Rigtig dejligt hotel. Smukt poolområde med mange palmer og blomster. Poolen var dejlig varm, selv her i februar. Værelset var lidt slidt men pænt. Sengene var HÅRDE som sten. Og i starten af vores ophold var vejret ikke super, hvilket gjorde at lejligheden var meget kold om natten uden mulighed for at tænde for varmen. Vi måtte tænde ovnen for at varme lidt op! Nok kun 17-18 grader i lejligheden om natten. Så tip til forbedringer: det ville være godt med bedre senge og mulighed for varme om vinteren. Bortset fra det havde vi et skønt ophold til en virkelig fornuftig pris. Personalet på hotellet var så søde. Alle fra reception, rengøring, restaurant og selv livredderen som vi havde læst meget dårligt om forinden, men de var alle søde uden undtagelse. Maden på restauranten var også langt bedre end vi havde turdet håbe på til den fornuftige pris. Friske omeletter til morgenmaden som man selv vælger. Damen der står for omeletter og æg, gør det fantastisk. Luv som kommer og rydder af med et smil hele tiden og som flere gange reddede situationen når vores søn var træt og var ved at blive ked af det. Personalet i restauranten som gjorde noget ekstra ud af min fødselsdag med kager og lys. Kaffen i poolbaren var også super hver gang. Vi håber helt sikkert at komme tilbage en anden gang.

Hotellin piha- ja allasalue on viihtyisä ja kodikas. Sijainti on erinomainen jos haluaa olla kävelyetäisyydellä rannasta ja ravintoloista. Huoneestamme oli hienot näkymät merelle ja kukkuloille sekä erittäin viihtyisät terassiparvekkeet. Huone oli jo jonkin verran kulunut. Esimerkiksi etuovi ei auennut kokonaan. Jos laitat ruokaa, kannattaa ottaa oma tiskiaine ja/tai pesuaine pöytien pyyhintää varten mukaan. Huonesiivous ei hoitanut pöytien siivousta. Kuluneet pöytäpinnat olivat keränneet likaa jo pidemmän aikaa ja viemärin seudulla näimme pieniä ötököitä. Ne onneksi hävisivät kun pesimme allastasot. Henkilökunta oli pääosin oikein ystävällisiä. Erityisesti ravintolan henkilökunta huomioi lapset hyvin. Pidimme hotellin ravintolan aamupalasta. Illallisella oli kivasti vaihtelua tarjonnassa päivittäin. Kuitenkaan emme voi suositella hotellin ravintolaa kasvissyöjille: monet ruoat ja salaatit sisälsivät lihaa. Ruokien yhteydessä oli kerrottu hyvin allergeeneista, mutta liharuokia ei oltu ilmoitettu. Esimerkiksi linssimuhennos paljastuikin liha-linssimuhennokseksi. Kasvissyöjälle jää kokemus laihaksi. Allasalueen iso pääallas on lämmitetty ja melko iso. Lastenallas ei kuitenkaan ollut lämmitetty ja lapsemme paleli altaalla. Allasalueella on myös poreallas, mutta sinne ei ole alle 12-vuotiailla asiaa. Meidän perheemme katseli siis tyhjänä olevaa poreallasta sivusta. Hotelli vaikutti olevan etenkin eläkeikäisten suosiossa.

Suurinosa henkilökunnasta tylyjä. Aamupala oli ok, illallinen ei maistunut ensimmäisen kerran jälkeen. Aika tiukat säännöt altaalla ja tuntui että vahdittiin kokoajan esim. Lapsia ja heidän touhujaan. Ihan ok elämys, olisi voinut olla parempikin.
