Everything was perfect

All was good

A fantastic hotel and experience. Breakfast buffet is excellent and recommended by everyone in our family. View from hotel is great. Easy 10-15 minute walk from beach. Just stay here and enjoy!

Amazing stay

I had a nice stay at this hotel. The entire property is impeccably clean, and every staff member was nice and welcoming. The architecture is stunning. I loved the unique terracotta colors, which make the resort look like a beautiful palace against the blue ocean. Thanks to the clever design, my room had a fantastic sea view. The grounds feature massive tropical gardens and gorgeous lagoon-style pools.

We stayed for a week at this hotel. The staff were always smiling and asking how they could help us. Our room was beautiful. We had a sea view and a private patio with lounge chairs and a sitting area. The bed was super comfortable and the maids were great at keeping the room and patio tidy , clean and organized . We ate at all the restaurants and the food was great. Again the restaurant staff were always smiling and the service was amazing . I loved this hotel. The grounds are always being...

Rooms were spotless. Excellent spa and pool. Very well trained staff. The resort is gorgeous. The dinning staff made every meal a pleasure. The breakfast choices were fantastic. This is a resort for adults.

The best hotel to stay at in Tenerife!!!! Hands down!!!!! Everything is perfection!

Every staff member was extremely friendly & helpful. We had the best time! Loved the small luxury resort feel.

Wow, beautiful landscaping, lots of loungers, friendly staff. Absolutely clean and well maintained. Perfect location

It’s probably been the best resort we’ve stayed. To resume everything in one word, we’d say IMPECABLE. Everything was just perfect, from the moment we entered the hotel lobby, to the rooms and all areas. Staff is simply incredibly friendly and helpful. The restaurants were just amazing, and the food just delicious. We over indulged every day! The night shows were fantastic. The hotel location couldn’t be better, with the beach just literally 1 minute walk. Quite beach with a life saver post,...

I would return to this resort in a heartbeat. The service was remarkable, the entire resort is very clean and well maintained. The buffet assortment was incredible. Access to the beach was super convenient. We booked Star Prestige and it was well worth the value.

Clean room, friendly staff.

This was a great hotel, their beach club os insane, it was built in a ravine and it offers a huge pool with its own beach access
