"I very rarely complain, I was looking forward to staying at the hotel. When we arrived it was late and the lobby, empty, was fairly dark (which I understand given the time frame), it took fairly long awhile for someone to come to the front desk. I rang the desk bell a few times until eventually someone came. I understand that the hotel is older but the rooms were filthy (more so the bathroom), just dirty. We went for breakfast in the am that was suppose to be open until nine and we arrived at 8:30 with very limited to no options (no meat, fruit, items in fridge, bagels etc) and items were being cleaned up when we arrived (cereals, milk, pancake items etc). It was all ok but I think first impression was disappoint"

"The breakfast was wonderful and kept stocked and clean. Front office staff was welcoming and kind. There was a snafu with our reservation and they were helpful and apologetic. The room itself left a lot to be desired. There was leftover food under the pull outcouch, the corners of the room were dirty and had pieces of the drywall on the floor. The chair was stained with something orange and flipping the cushion didn't make much of a difference. Overall, breakfast and the staff (front desk and breakfast attendant) made this stay good. The room could've used some TLC."

"Room was clean. Pool was closed and elevator was out of order. Check in and out was quick and easy"

"The room was not clean just surface wiped down. Room service never came in to empty trash or replenish towels. They do serve a continental breakfast."

"This hotel was so horrible we couldn’t even stay there. The dirtiness, smells, broken furniture were so overwhelming we left after speaking with staff. I wouldn’t ever book there again. "

"Clean and quiet. Reasonably priced. Convenient location. Comfortable bed. Refrigerator was not very cold, but shower was good and hot. Staff friendly, but not always available when needed."

"The house was spectacular and had all of the amenities we needed. We stayed here with extended family to celebrate my son’s graduation from MSU and we could t have been happier. The kids enjoyed the pool, the adults enjoyed the hot tub, and the college kids enjoyed the basement! We had room for everyone and would definitely stay here again."
