"We loved the house! It was spotless, comfortable, quiet and well equipped throughout. The host has clearly put a lot of thought into accommodating the potential needs of guests. The location was perfect for our dog with trails and a pond, he was very happy. Communication with the host was excellent and much appreciated."

"Rented this place as a home base for some weekend biking at Otis Mountain. This is a comfortable farmhouse in a nice, surprisingly quiet location. Could use some additional cleanup and repairs but nothing major (e.g. the porch storm door should have a pneumatic closer to prevent the door from whipping open when there’s wind, there was some type of broken wood item…maybe an old railing?…right at the storm door entrance, large boxes of trash bags after entering the porch area, a refrigerator that...

The location is fabulous - walking distance to everything you need in Waitsfield and right on the river. Our kiddos loved running around on the property and playing with the cat and bunnies.
