« We only stayed for a night and got there late after a long road trip. I was supposed to have a room with 1 king bed, labeled “mini suite” on the listing. I ended up with 2 full size beds and a room that looked completely different from the photos online. I walked up to the check in desk and immediately noticed a dead roach on the counter. « We came late & just needed to rest before finishing our drive. The front desk staff was very nice, the room was clean & comfortable. The only complaints I had was the breakfast was beyond minimal, there was barely any selection. And the towels in the room were so stained and gross we didn’t towel. My 8 year old even held it up when she was about to wash her face and was like ‘why is this so dirty?’ Definitely time to upgrade towels. »
