"When we arrived, the property had not been cleaned. The host was at first responsive--but as we discovered that the TV didn't work, there were not enough plates even for two people, and no information about how to operate the mini-splits or gas stove, we realized that we could spend our vacation reaching out to the host to request repairs/guidance/replacement...or we could move to another property and enjoy ourselves. At this juncture, the host ghosted us. Note: there is NO "arcade/game room" as...

"Lovely “old” hotel, used to be a men’s clothing store, but it has been remodelled into an exceptional place to stay in downtown Pittsfield. Our room was huge, clean, comfy beds, nice sitting area, desk area, coffee/tea area, and shelves of books! The bathroom was huge, clean, and well-supplied. There was a mini bar but we didn’t use it. Private parking in rear with direct access to hotel lobby. Staff was helpful, friendly, and professional. Great place to stay!"
