"We received a text so that I could take care of check in before we arrived. Once there, all I had to do was show my ID, sign a paper and receive the keys. It was just my daughter and I, we arrived pretty late. There were two very kind gentlemen there to welcome us. The water pressure upstairs was amazing. The water got nice and hot. The bed was comfortable and we both slept very well. The breakfast was nice. She had oatmeal and I had pancakes. Once again I received a text, this time so that I could check out online. Super easy and as we left I gave the key and they wished us a good day. My daughter goes to school at UNH, we were here for early move in. It’s about 18 minutes to campus. We will definitely use this location again! Thank you! "

"Excellent, modest resort. We stayed in a one-bedroom suite that had all the amenities we needed. Everything in the suite and the property was clean and well-maintained. there is a nice lawn area with gas fire-pits where they often have movies or live music, but some nights it is just the fire-pits to relax around. I say modest because the property and are not overly large and gated off from the surroundings. Very New England, not sunbelt."

"Nothing broken or disgusting. Tired and outdated for sure. One of the vehicles on the lot looked like it had been there for years. My room was open and unlocked when I got there, so that was unnerving. But I highly appreciated the vending machine in the lobby and the fact that the fridge and microwave worked. Staff were friendly and helped. Bfast was solid. Only lasts until 9:30am but it got us out of the room quicker"
