"I liked our room it was large had every facility you could need available in it, the bathroom had a bath and shower and was so clean it glistned as was the main room. The meal at our function was beautifully presented and tasted amazing, the staff were all so friendly and helpful. The pub attacked next to the hotel was lovely We sat. In the garden at the back it was so relaxing, ... , The choices at breakfast were excellent it was self service the food was piping hot and cooked to perfection. Finaly my rating for the Spa and pool I could have stayed there all weekend everything you need to relax is there and it is not over crowded. All in all I think Orton Hall is a wonderful place to stay."

"It was an unpleasant experience. The host didn't reply to a text message enquiry before I travelled. Once arriving in the property the only way we could contact the host was through text message. We booked the accommodation for two people but the beddings for the sofa bed were not clean. The room was not clean. The kitchen sink hot water tap did not work. We could not have a shower before the water was too hot and we could not adjust the temperature. This was not acceptable and we hope the host will improve this accommodation and their communication with their guests."

"This was a 1-night stay for work. Car park was free and well lit, with night lights. Venue needs a bit of tlc, but is useful and functional. Access to a shared kitchen in ground floor, with still hot drinks being able to be made in room. Shower was small in room I was in, bed was comfortable. TV and Wifi okay. Small desk to work at. Great value compared to some other venues in Peterborough."

"Property was okay, there was staining around shower basin seals and rust where the toilet brush etc had not been replaced in a LONG time. Glad I brought my own kitchen utensils with me as everything at the property was damaged. Couldn’t even leave a fresh dish sponge for a new stay so questioned how clean the place actually was. The Lino in the kitchen was damaged in places and the fridge had been turned off and leaked into the kitchen floor. Also staining / dirt on sofa so couldn’t really relax in the building. The surrounding properties were noisy, loud, up at all hours of the night and with the apartment being on the ground floor you could hear everything. The properly had no real noise insulation so every step from the floor above or as other residents used the stairs / front door of the building echoed. Poor night sleep which wasn’t ideal when staying away for work. "
