Nestled in the heart of the Laurel Highlands and just minutes from Seven Springs, Hidden Valley, and multiple State Parks / outdoor recreation areas. This modern and freshly updated 2 bedroom, 1.5 bath custom-designed chalet with hot tub offers you the peaceful retreat your soul has been craving! ABOUT THE SPACE!! This custom chalet is situated on 1 private acre with a cozy covered porch, beautiful fireplace and a private hot tub. As you enter the home, you're drenched in natural light thanks to floor to ceiling windows throughout the main room. If privacy is what your heart desires, just draw the light-filtering cordless blinds and enjoy the peaceful serenity. The kitchen is fabulously equipped and features custom granite counters, stainless appliances, and a genuine hammered copper sink. There is a built-in water filter under the kitchen sink, so you can enjoy sipping on the fresh cold mountain water without the worry of contaminants. Each of the 2 bedrooms includes a Queen bed with fresh white linens and plenty of pillows The full bathroom has been completely updated with Carrara marble sink top, comfort height toilet, and gleaming chrome fixtures. And since nobody likes a dark bathroom, we've even added an Anderson skylight. The bonus room offers two twin beds, washer & dryer, a utility sink, and an additional 1/2 bath. Outside, you'll find a large covered porch that includes a sparkling clean therapeutic hot tub. The house is conveniently located near many great attractions, however we decided to stay in and take advantage of the closet full of games and the relaxing hot tub. It was very private and scenic with huge windows in the living room. The house was very spacious and would be perfect for any family. The hot tub was amazing it is enclosed and right outside of the front door for easy access to it. The Hosts respond very quickly and are the nicest that we've had experience with. There was not a single negative thing about the property, host, or anything to do with our trip. We had activities planned throughout the day and to be able to come back to a beautiful home to relax and wind down was so nice. From start to finish, our experience was exceptional! The property was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully prepared with everything we needed. The attention to detail made it feel like a true home away from home. Communication with the host was seamless, and they were incredibly responsive and welcoming. I can’t recommend this place enough! Everything was perfect! It was nice to have so much space. The hot tub was relaxing and in a great spot. We got to grill out and make s’mores at the fire pit. We didn’t get to play the games inside but, we was excited to see them. This was exactly what my family and I needed! We loved the privacy of the house and location of the hot tub being directly outside of the door. We also enjoyed making a firepit both nights and had ample firewood to use. Cash box is an excellent idea as no one wanted to haul or look for wood. Anything you need is labeled by the owners (so thoughtful) and they were quickly responsive when the pilot light went out in the fireplace. Kitchen has all the essentials since we brought food and cooked both nights. Didn't see a knife block, but there were knives available. Pots, pans, and cookie sheets were there for us to use. They also provided some freebies for us as guests. We would definitely recommend this house for a quiet getaway close to 7 Springs or Hidden Valley as we were a close drive for Fall Festival. ##### Dina L. Jul 8, 2023 #### Retreat to Nature Our family trip to the Laurel Highlands and stay and Hidden Springs Haven did not disappoint. The house was immaculate and extremely well stocked with the conveniences of home. Within a short drive, we visited Ohiopyle, Falling Water, and several great hiking spots. As former residents of the area, this home tops the list of places to stay to enjoy all of the area attractions.
