In the center of Acitrezza in a central but quiet and reserved area, comfortable completely independent house, recently refurbished, of 115 square meters on one floor, consisting of 5 large rooms including a large living room, 3 bedrooms, two bathrooms (one with shower and one with tub) large eat-in kitchen with adjacent terrace for a total of up to 5 guests. We rent to a minimum of 2 people.
Area full of restaurants and clubs, a stone's throw from the seafront with a breathtaking view of the Cyclops Islands where it is possible to admire the stupendous stacks illuminated by the moon and by a night sky, the perfect place for a romantic stroll.
The apartment is newly furnished, equipped with air conditioning and complete with all appliances such as washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, iron and ironing board, hairdryer as well as sheets, towels and table linen as well as various furnishings
