"This villa was AMAZING! The art and decor were beautiful and the rooms were very spacious. Alex was incredibly helpful and very responsive to all our questions and requests. He made the check in and check out process so easy! The staff at the villa made breakfast for us every day and the security guards always looked out for us. We had a group of 10 people and we all loved our bedrooms and the safety of the property. This is a must stay and we will definitely be back!"

The property Manager, Steve, met us at the airport and took us on the 20 minute drive to the house where we were met by Kojo, the on site caretaker. "After checking in a mirror fell on my son's head because it was not attached to the closet wall. I texted the Host and suggested that she mount all mirrors since every room was the same way. The following day there was an issue with the toilet in the first room; when you sat on it, it moved from side to side, and water covered the floor, causing a slipping hazard. I reached out to the Host again and mentioned this to her. She appeared upset that I had brought these things to her attention....

"DO NOT, I REPEAT DO NOT STAY AT THIS PROPERTY. The generator doesn't work. As a result, i had to go late in the evening and book a hotel elsewhere. As a result, all of my food spoiled. Of course, I had to pay for my own transportation and lodging, not to mention no reimbursement for all of my catered food. The water doesn't work, and in rooms that it works in, the pressure is so low. You will not feel clean after bathing. It was an excuse after the excuse. Then it was call us each time it...

"I have worked with an international hotel in the US for 27 years and have stayed at different hotels all over the world. I think cleanliness, security guest services are my priorities. Signature Apartments in Accra even though not a hotel, proved that they have a spot amongst 4 star hotels. I enjoyed my stay. The only problem was the uncontrollable hot water during shower. Overall, I rate the service 10/10. Jennifer, my agent was superb."
