The check out process is terrible and not well organized, even though they gave us an hour extension for check out, the lines were long. Avoid this this place on weekends when the Mexico City people arrive. Brutal. Staff is great and I sm sure the interruptions are still Hurricane related. The food is buffet style and what you expect. Still good.
