Without a doubt, one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in during a Mexican vacation. This hotel is outstanding. I highly recommend this hotel. We were treated so nicely by the staff from the front desk to security. This hotel has three swimming pools and a private beach. The location is fantastic and you can see the hotel for me anywhere, so you never get lost! We will definitely be back. I can’t imagine staying anywhere else in Acapulco.

Breakfast buffet was pretty good, staff pleasant. Property was in a good location and condition, nothing to complain about. I only didn’t understand why I couldn’t buy food or drinks and put them on my room account and pay on checkout.
