Te quieren cobrar por todo, me cobraron comisión por pagar con tarjeta y según yo ya no se puede eso. Sábanas sucias. Y cuartos en mal estado afortunadamente solo era para pasar una noche.

El hotel es muy tranquilo lo malo es que tiene animales mis hijos amanecieron con muchos piquetes de insectos aún que pedimos cambio de habitación fue lo mismo muy mala experiencia no lo recomiendo

Les falta mantenimiento,la puerta del baño no servía y los ventiladores sonaban demasiado parecía que se caerían y la alberca demasiado sucia parece que no le daban mantenimiento en muchos días

La habitación estaba perfecta para el precio que me costó, los ventiladores de techo no funcionaban, las instalaciones estaban super limpias y siempre tenían agua caliente y fría en baños, tienen entrada independiente con código algo útil si eres como yo de llegar muy noche al salir de fiesta la atención de los empleado es muy buena todos me trataron súper bien

Desde un principio hubo una neglicencia en la reservacion de las habitaciones ya que una noche anterior no contaban con dicha informacion, no hay manera de coordinarse en la noche con la recepcion, las habitaciones estan deplorables, colchones muy viejos y ondulados, las sabanas no parecen estar limpias, huelen mal, las instalaciones de los cuartos ya son muy viejas ,la tasa del baño tienen fugas, hay mal olor en general en la habitacion y solo lo queriamos para dormir una noche y esto fue una pesadilla, aun cuando se escuden en lo economico de las habitaciones, y tampoco tuvimos atencion al llegar , esperamos mucho tiempo para ingresar ya que no habia nadie, estaba cerrado

El personal que limpia super buena onda pero el hotel un asco se fue el agua y ni para bañarse ni para el baño los ventiladores horribles casi callendose la alberca ni un rallo de sol le da y esta helada apesar que estas en acapulco en el lugar donde esta es muy frio y con muchisimo quimico del cloro que asta los ojos te lastimaba en verdad le falta mantenimiento a todo

Tuve q esperar 2 oras afuera para ser mi check in. Por qué no avía nadie en la oficina. No me dieron mi cambio. Porke no tenían cambio me cambiaron del cuarto q me dieron. Lugares como este lo deberían de cerrar mejor. Porque uno viene a pasar un buen tiempo. Y lugares como este arruinan el momento nunca jamás regresaré a este lugar. Horrible. La peor experiencia
