Staff were helpful and friendly, it was a clean environment both inside and outside but the mattress, bed sheets, bed covers and towels were thoroughly overused and looked unpleasant. The internet was also slow and lagging

We had a lovely stay at Transcorp Hilton! Clean room, comfortable bed, air conditioning kept us cool, and friendly staff. We spent a lot of time in the pool area and the pool was very refreshing after a long day of excursions. The deep end goes to 7ft which was nice to swim in. The bar and restaurant near the pool was lovely to hang out in the evening! We watched futball matches and enjoyed food at the pool side. The food and drinks were good! We also enjoyed the breakfast and dinner buffet....

The hotel features a great, modern aesthetic throughout. While the rooms are on the smaller side, they are well-designed and equipped with all necessary amenities. However, my stay was impacted by a poor internet connection, which also caused issues with the TV. The hotel restaurant serves excellent food, but I strongly advise guests to review their final bill carefully, as unexpected additional charges were added to mine.
