Time to renovate...
The staff made the stay very enjoyable . Front office and house keeping are very friendly and efficient. had some issues with the safe box , the staff had to replace it 2 times but no luck. shortage in towels but the house keeping did their best to support. The TV in the bed room not connected , TV stations in the sitting area are very noisy with poor signal.

Very basic hotel. I paid over $300 for a night for two star accommodation. The place was not clean and facilities were outdated. There’s no restaurant or even a place for breakfast. At check out the manager told me they needed to check on the room before letting me check out. After a ten minutes of waiting around I told him I had to leave for the airport and so I left without getting the receipt. The room was already paid for.

Home Away From Home
The hotel was located near the main bus station. Due to poor city planning, all transportation to attractions must be done by taxi. The room was superb and well stocked as an apartment. The hotel staff was very attentive. The free wifi service was extremely responsive. I would stay here again, if returning.

Hotel has nice facilities. Good Room and excellent A/C Only problem is the parking space at basement is very limited and sometimes you need to park outside hotel in public parking

Parking advertised as included in the room price was in fact on a first come first served basis and had not enough for all guests. Very unpleasant.

Excellent Value, Very Friendly and Helpful Staff
The accommodation was very good and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The apartment was quite spacious and well situated for local supermarket and and a few eating places. Very happy with our stay and would definitely go back. Only slight criticism is the lack of kitchen equipment e.g. No breakfast bowls or tea spoons.

bad housekeeping
Good hotel but the housekeeping service is bad. The bathroom not clean very well specially the toilet set dirty and I ask them to fix the shower handle but they ignor me twice so I had to take a shower for a week holding the shower handle with one hand. Also I ask them to give me white suger but the keep giving me with brown suger every time they clean the room. Also they never clean the kitchen sink and the tea cups. This is crazy actually they are suppose to be clean these basics things by default.

I wouldn't stay here again for the money. They wont let you park to unload you things until you check in. That was a dangerous experience. The shower leaks all over the bathroom floor and with the polished tiles, is quite slippery. Bring your own wash cloth. Not many restaurants nearby. There was something mounted on the ceiling, in front of the wardrobe door, so it would not open all the way. No eating utensils, had to call reception to bring some. The neighborhood was relatively quite though, so that was nice.

PARAGON HOTEL IN AL NYAN NEIGHBORHOOD OF ABU DHABI
This Paragon Hotel has kitchen facilities. I had a spacious two-room suite on the 7th floor. Filippina Receptionist Cherry (last name unknown) and her Arabic Manager were very helpful. They telephoned Saudi Arabia airlines to change the flight for me. They took time to find various telephone numbers and local addresses for me. I really appreciated their assistance.
