We really enjoyed our stay. The room was very clean, tidy and updated, with a large bathroom and shower. The staff was very helpful over WhatsApp to make check-in and parking clear and easy to understand. The app used for unlocking the doors worked great. The breakfast included is simple, but perfectly adequate. We were in L’Aquila mostly to hike, so a grabbing a quick coffee and snack before heading out was perfect. Where do we begin? This agriturismo was the most pleasurable stay during our 3 week trip through several Italian provinces. This was one of the nicest places I have ever stayed. The property is pristine, located within a gorgeous 17th century baronial palace. The scenery is picture perfect and the staff are very polite with a good communication skills in English. The location can make the place a little difficult to find, but well worth it. The food and drinks are delicious. For lower price options, there are a couple of bars and restaurants in the area. I would definitely recommend.
