Conferences took over my stay.
The room was very small, and in the back. There were mosquitoes that bit me. The worst part is that I could not enjoyed the facility because there were conferences happening, and I was not able to go around the pool nor viewed the place. I have no idea what the place looks like because the staff told me That I was not able to go near the pool or in the area where the conferences were happening. Overall, I did not enjoy my stay at all because I stayed in one room, unable to go outside and view the hotel. I was not able to take pictures because I was constraint to one room.

One of the nicest hotels I ever stayed at. It is gorgeous, well maintained, so clean! The pool is small but inviting. It is pristine. Food is great although expensive. Its an oasis in the city. They have their own scent diffused from the ceilings and the hotel smells delicious. the room is stunning! the bathroom is gorgeous. I loved staying at this hotel. As a solo business traveler, I don't venture out much, but it is safe to walk in the area and there is a big supermarket with a few shops that are walking distance. I ate mostly at the hotel when I was not working.

Great hotel. Will stay again!
Thé property looks new and is very clean. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. It was such a beautiful, serene place. It made you feel like you are in a garden paradise. It was pleasant with soft music playing that was so relaxing. I highly recommend this hotel. We had the included breakfast and it was also really good. Definitely worth the cost.

On the pricey end but great overall experience with welcoming and attentive staff. The place and rooms are kept clean 24/7 and room service is really helpful with staff being able to speak French and English.

Best hotel to stay in Abidjan. Fair to consider other options but this is truly a gem. You get a Four Seasons service and quality for a much cheaper price tag. Clean and well maintained and their employees are super nice. Thank you to Blanche for a remarkable service throughout my stay.

Charmant hôtel avec un service de grande qualité
Très bel hôtel situé dans une une rue calme mais avec quelques commerces et restaurants à quelques mètres. Les parties communes et les chambres sont très propres, et le design est superbe. Le personnel de l’hôtel est fantastique! Très serviables, les réceptionnistes ont pu répondre à toutes mes questions et m’aider à m’orienter dans la ville. Le coach sportif de la salle de gym est également génial et m’a permis de me réconcilier avec le Pilates! Pour info l’hôtel fournit 2 bouteilles en plastique de 50cl (par jour) car l’eau du robinet n’est pas potable. Il serait bien d’opter pour des bouteilles en verre afin de préserver l’environnement. Le bar à cocktail et le restaurant ont un côté haut de gamme donc les prix sont très élevés (idem qu’à Paris ce qui m’a semblé très surprenant). J’ai trouvé dommage, que le service à la piscine ne soit pas disponible. Malgré ses quelques bémols, je recommande cet hôtel pour les amateurs de boutique-hôtels et les hédonistes.
