« We traveled with a teenager and my mum, so having three double bedrooms in the centre of town was very helpful. And we could all watch what we wanted with all the tvs in the apartment. There were plenty of amenities in the kitchen. A bread bin or somewhere to store food would be helpful as we had to store everything on the countertops. It was lovely and warm. « The room smells clean as you come in, always a great start. Spotlessly clean. Rooms are ensuite with a little kitchen area, all decorated differently. We had a little table to eat at as well. Chocolates and home made Welsh cakes with milk in the fridge was a nice touch. Self check in with a pin code key box. Building felt secure. Great views of the hills from the top room. Street parking available just outside the front door. A couple of convenience stores very close. Great location for visiting...

"Hôtel Novotel très décevant, le seul point positif est la piscine, sinon le personnel est très froid, quand on passe devant aucun sourire ou bonjour, les chambres sont très anciennes, elles méritent un bon rafraîchissement! Le parking à 16 livre la nuit alors que la nuit est déjà chère. Bref déçu et je ne recommande pas!"
