"Had a nice corner room. Room was clean and of good size. Front desk staff was welcoming and efficient. Restaurant was open and food was good. Restaurant very convenient and service was good. A very nice place to stay if don't want big chain hotels."

"This was the most unsafe and disgusting hotel I have been too. The door barely closed and had one lock. The extra lock was broken. The bathtub was covered in mold. Bedspreads had burn marks on them. The towel holder has been ripped off the wall. The toilet paper holder didn’t even have a roller holder. Hotels.com should be embarrassed to have this hotel listed and I can’t believe they have any stars much less what is listed. I will not use Hotels.com again to book rooms if this is the type of hotels they provide. "

"First, we were charged twice upon arrival and told that we would receive the refund in 3-7 business days. We checked in on Thursday (it’s now Monday) and our room’s been serviced once. We’ve had to ask for new towels every single day. "

"Mrs. Bernice was excellent: kind, attentive, pleasant, and hard-working. She helped us at the front desk with check in and check out, recommended a wonderful local restaurant, and even prepared the breakfast buffet since another employer had time off. She deserves some flowers and recognition!"

"We had to cut our trip short because the friends we were visiting became ill. Expedia refused to give us the refund, even though we checked out on time, stating that the hotel staff would not respond to their calls. The hotel staff informed me that Expedia would call and put them on hold then disconnect the call every time. Pretty shady. I am disappointed that we could not get any refund at all even though we bought the insurance."
